Products & Personalisation

• Radhakrishnaagriculture.uk sells personalised and made-to-order gifts such as photo gifts, custom wallets, keychains, mugs, passport covers and similar products.
• You are responsible for checking names, spelling, dates, photos, messages, design choices and custom instructions before placing the order.
• Product photos are for reference. Final output may vary slightly due to screen settings, material, printing, engraving, lighting or production process.
• Low-quality, blurry, dark or cropped photos may affect the final product result.

Orders

• An order is considered placed after checkout is completed or confirmation is shared by our team.
• We may contact you for missing custom details, unclear photos, address issues, payment confirmation or production approval.
• Orders with incomplete or unclear personalisation details may be delayed until the required details are received.
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or hold any order if details are incomplete, unsuitable, suspicious or against our policies.

Pricing, Offers & Availability

• Prices, offers, discounts, product details and availability may change without prior notice.
• If a product becomes unavailable after order placement, we may offer an alternative, wait option or refund as applicable.
• Typographical pricing or product errors may be corrected, and affected orders may be reviewed or cancelled if necessary.

Payments & COD

• Online payments are processed through secure payment providers. Radhakrishnaagriculture.uk does not store sensitive card, UPI PIN or banking credentials.
• Cash on Delivery may be available only for eligible products and serviceable locations.
• Some personalised, bulk, high-value or made-to-order products may require prepaid payment.
• If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, contact contact@Radhakrishnaagriculture.uk with payment reference and registered details.

Customer Content & Uploads

• You confirm that you have the right or permission to use photos, names, logos, artwork, messages or other content submitted for personalisation.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive, hateful, misleading, copyrighted without permission, adult, violent or otherwise inappropriate content.
• We may reject, hold or cancel an order if uploaded content violates these terms or is unsuitable for production.

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines depend on product production time, personalisation work, destination, courier serviceability and external courier conditions.
• Incorrect address, wrong pincode, unavailable customer, unreachable phone number or refused delivery may cause delays or failed delivery.
• Courier delays caused by weather, strikes, remote location, service interruption or logistics issues are outside our direct control.

Cancellation, Return & Refund

• Cancellation is possible only before production, printing, engraving, packing or dispatch begins.
• Personalised products are usually not returnable unless damaged, defective, wrong or incomplete.
• Return and refund requests are reviewed as per our Return & Refund Policy.
• Customer-submitted mistakes such as wrong name, photo, message, address or phone number may not qualify for replacement or refund.

Account & Website Use

• You agree to provide accurate account, contact, billing and delivery information.
• You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website security or place fraudulent orders.
• We may restrict, suspend or cancel access if misuse, fraud or policy violation is detected.

Limitation of Liability

• Radhakrishnaagriculture.uk is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses caused by product use, courier delay, customer error or third-party service issues.
• Our responsibility for an approved claim is limited to repair, replacement, correction, refund or other support-approved resolution for the affected order.
